5 sets of USA imported CNC machining centers;

2 sets of HAAS high-speed CNC machining centers;

3 sets of precision, digital lathes;

8 sets of precision, wire EDM molding machines;

1 set of precision hand-cranked molding grinder;

5 sets of precision punching machines;

2 sets of plastic injection molding machines;

1 set of automatic coordinated measuring machine.

The outstanding advantate of XINGLONG’s design is the capability of identifying quickly the core of a problem, and paying the greatest attention to the final product in order to get the best design solution.

It is essential to be involved directly in the design phase of the mould of a new product; in this way, we can identifying in advance and thus solve various problems which are normally underestimated at this stage and appear unfailingly at the production starting. Industrial design softwares like SOLIDWORKS、PRO ENGINEER、UNIGRAPHICS is used in mould and parts design, UG MANUFACTURING is used to generate tooling paths and possible prototypes.

The design of mould s as a whole is executed by a complementary programme HASCO standard and MOULD FLOW software, which has proved to be advanced reliable and complete for the design of moulds and its components

1992.7 , Beijing Chaoyang xinglong Mould factory was established in Beijing

1993 Our factory bought 5 CNC lathe machines , 2, Milling machine

1994 We add plastic injection machine producing line , bought 10 plastic injection machines

1996 We add stamping /punching producing line, we bought 12 punching machine, 5 drilling machines.

2000 We add sand casting producing line

2003 We add investment casting producing line

2005 We add plastic injection machines, we bought 5 big plastic injection machines, make producing capability

improve higher level, We are leading company in the Beijing area.

2007 We build our branch company in Shunyi District

2009 We add more inspection equipments, inculde CMM.

2010 We further add CNN machining producing line, We bought 2 sets 5 -axis CNC machining center.

1. Plastic mould and products: The plastic mould which the size can reach 2600mm*1700mm. The weight of plastic products from 0.01kg to 100kg.

Ⅱ Rubber mould and products: all kinds of rubber parts , eg. gaskets, rubber nozzle, oil seal, bush, and connector and so on.

Ⅲ Casting parts : The weight of casting parts is from 0.5kg to 3 Ton. We have sand casting, lost-wax casting, investment casting .

Ⅳ CNC machining service: CNC turned , CNC milled, sheet metal, assemly and fabrication, laser cutting, and welding, jig and fixture.

ⅤStamping die and parts: We can manufacture all kinds of stamping parts, progressive die and parts, bending die and parts. The weight is from 0.1g to 5KG
